From what I can work out fro. the visuals and the few words I can make out, the compressor bubbles air into the two litre plastic bottle of petrol this causes vapour to be pushed through a second plastic tube into the nozzle that a man is holding that is then ignited and the flame used to heat a pan that he is holding. At the end, he fiddles with something, suddenly causing the tube that should have have been been full of vapour to ingest a big slug of petrol . From the final shouts and screams of "gasoliiinaaa!" I would guess that lots of other, uhhhm, "containers" of fuel are lying around in the flames.
