So the North Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office would not let me press charges went I went there. They said the officer that came and reviewed the video said he couldn’t “prove” the man spit on me. I’m having that officer call me to talk about all the other laws he broke. If they don’t end up taking the case I will gladly go to civil court!
