Seriously, wtf, it's as if she's done something amazing. They have a much better system in Singapore; if you throw garbage or chewing gum on the pavement you get a heavy fine.

It is amazing, considering the number of people who walked by pretending that it wasn't there. I wish there were heavy fines everywhere for littering, but there isn't, and the number of people who care about the environment above themselves is staggeringly low..  |
