I did this with a pvc drain pipe and a massive rocket firework. Pushed one end of the pipe into an outside wall, and blocked the other with a piece of wood. The resulting explosion made my thumbs numb for days, my ears fucked for a week, and knocked the pictures off the wall INSIDE the house! HAHA! we were rather drunk though! (11 pints of John Smiths each!)
