What a hoot!

The drink splasher sounds like an American, the cameraman sounds like Aussie (someone correct me if I'm wrong), and the license plates on the cars indicate to me that this didn't occur in the USA. If this guy was an American acting up a foreign country, then it makes this video extra sweet. Not only that, but the cameraman was almost twice his age! Love it, love it, love it!

Okay, I did my own research and found this;

A Tasmanian television cameraman has been filmed tackling a man to the ground outside Hobart Magistrates Court.

The footage, posted online by Jar Tarb yesterday, shows a man appear to throw part of his drink at the WIN news crew as they are filming a woman leave the court.

Someone is heard yelling "oh you p----, come here and have another go!" after which the man suddenly turns around and marches back to confront the news crew.

The cameraman then walks into view to stop the man, giving him a shove when he gets too close and telling him to "get out of it".

The man then throws his drink at the cameraman as turns to walk away, prompting him to spin around and tackle him.

The cameraman easily overpowers the man, pushing him backwards along the footpath and onto the ground between two parked cars.

WIN Television released a statement this afternoon saying it did not condone violence or any physical confrontation, even when provoked.

"This altercation was an isolated incident investigated by police and the matter is now closed," the network said.

Police have decided to take no action.
