Interesting. It feels like I saw this one several years ago, or one almost exactly like it. Probably a tad longer, showing the guy holding/rolling the stroller to or at least toward her.

Going out on a limb here to say that maybe the grandmother. If not then that makes her attempts at standing up even more pathetic. |
