lol, oh my. I wonder what was his first clue...I don't know about these things but, the truck looked a little wonky on the back of there to begin with. I loved his reaction... if that was me on the other hand? -well, we wont go there (slight road rager over here) |

He was towing a car that was parked with the wheels turned to the curb. Probably for parking enforcement. Without the keys in the ignition, the steering lock prevents the wheels from being straightened.
