What's the story behind this?
If you watch the video, you see the tow cable/rope either disconnect or snap, propelling it into the back of the cab of the tractor, killing the driver.

That's why I only use chains for pulling out stuck vehicles. Chains "pop and drop", while tow ropes and cables can stretch, store energy, and do shit like this when they break.

There was a photo included with the pic/vid above that showed the popped head. It was there several hours ago, but for some reason, it's now missing.
