Yep, looks like the typical response to "huffing" paint fumes or thinners. Looks like she started to do some painting, and it wasn't a well ventilated space. A bloke my dad worked with did the same thing to himself; dad found him in a small closed room, windows closed, half off his face thanks to paint fumes.
