Escaped Inmate Trapped in the Tunnel Exit
An inmate escaped from a State Penitentiary prison in Rio Grande, Brazil in the early morning hours of Tuesday (8). He escaped through a tunnel dug in Hall 4 of the unit. Another detainee was trapped in the tunnel exit and was caught before he could escape. Military police recorded images of the time when the prisoner was still trapped in the tunnel. The excavation was found at about 5 am on Tuesday.  |

I actually prefer seeing lighthearted stuff like this happening in South American prisons. Seeing a prisoner's head peeking through the ground like that is a refreshing change from seeing his head on top of another head on top of another head with his testicles in his mouth and his penis in his empty eye socket in the aftermath of a riot, but I'm strange  |

He's lucky they didn't wait with a shovel for his head to pop up out of the hole. Like a single hole version of whack-a-mole.
