Escaped Czechoslovakian Wolfdog Joins the Women’s Cross-country Skiing
A 2-year-old Czechoslovakian Wolfdog named Nazgul can be seen sprinting onto the women’s cross-country skiing (langlaufen) course during the 2026 Milano-Cortina Winter Olympics. The dog escaped from a nearby bed and breakfast, joined the athletes on the final straight, and crossed the finish line during the team sprint qualification, delighting fans and cameras. Nazgul is described as a stubborn, but very sweet Czechoslovakian Wolfdog who likely wanted to follow his owners. |
