Re: Elephant Vs Man - Ragdoll City!
The video ends there, unfortunately, and without sufficient tag information on it to be able to look for any other stories/videos concerning the incident. As for this video... Yeah, if not crushed, I think at least every bone in the guy's body has been dislocated from the other. Did you see the way he was hanging from the elephant's trunk and tusks as the pachyderm paraded around with him? His shoulder looked all out of joint and all sorts of stuff. Also, weird this, but I have to wonder why being killed by an elephant is called being "trampled" by an elephant? From all of the evidence that I have seen (and I am a huge fan of watching elephants decimate people - so I am always looking for videos of it), elephants seldom use their feet to kill their hominid victims. They mainly use their tusks, their trunks and their foreheads - using their feet usually only to kick the victim back out in front so they can go at them with a new round of using these things. "Trample" by its definition means to beat down and crush with the feet. I've read about it in literature on the subject; and there is a lot of mention of elephants trampling people in stories and anecdotes about it. But from all of the evidence I have been gathering so far, an elephant actually stepping on someone to kill them is actually pretty rare. Meh, either way, enjoy the ragdoll-ery. It is still fun to watch, even though the guy doesn't get smushed into multiple, overlapping elephant footprints! |
