Well, I believe he's being a bit racist. It's true that when moving into another country, the greatest advantage is to learn to speak their language. You cannot always be sure that you'll receive services in your own language, it's just insane. America on the other hand has a great number of Spanish speaking people, so it's a given that there are certain things available not only in English.

I live in a bilingual country. Some people don't feel the need to learn the second language and this way there is discrimination. The minority have trouble getting treated in a hospital in their own language even in a so-called bilingual city! I think it's just mental. We study three languages from a young age and hope the immigrants can learn at least one of those to be able to communicate. Most immigrants are forced to go to some language course so that they are able to apply for jobs. Amazingly, many of them do learn to speak our language even if in a rough manner. We don't discriminate people for their language capabilities. We discriminate people who don't have any intention of working and live off on our tax money.

There should be compulsory language education in America if the immigrants are that much of a problem. Haunting them down and throwing them on the other side of the border isn't the civilized solution. Many come from poor backgrounds and to be honest, your schooling system is really something.. You can blame yourselves when it comes to that. The wannabe governor should make some changes if the situation bothers him, but I don't think a redneck like him has enough brains cells.

canada is a multicultural county and yes canadians some are dicks but the states (im not saying this to piss ANYONE OFF) its like speaking "dick" is there 2nd launguage
