Now, someone with more automotive knowledge can correct me, but anything with a turbo has an air intake that is forward-facing, and doesn't it require the car to be moving to scoop in air to feed the charger? With a stationary car, wouldn't the lack of air inflow cause this to potentially happen?

normally a dyno place will have large fans facing the motor...but those are only for cooling....

a turbo is an impeller that sucks air in so it doesn't need to be moving to work
