This happened in Inukjuak, an Inuit community in Northern Quebec. The police were attending a call at that house, which is why the cruiser was there, and officers were busy dealing with someone else. I forgot the guys name, but it's hilarious. I used to work for the KRPF (Kativik Regional Police Force) and stuff like this happens ALL the time in those parts!
