Ha ha, I've was a drummer in several bands for a good 10-15 years, had alot of fun, but it's not strange that this happens, it just usually happens when your wasted at the practice studio, or on stage, this guy was sober, if he wasn't, he might not have said anything at all untill the song was over.

I am an active drummer and shit like this always happens. I have had stick break in half in mid song and would fly in my face. Also busted my knuckles a few times, and even had a cymbal stand fall over onto my balls (before I upgraded to the drum rack of course  ) It all builds character if ya ask me. |

apart from the usual scraping the knuckles on a cymbal, the whole whacking your eye with the stick can be pretty painful hit my forehead the other day in the studio and god was I glad it wasn't my eye fucking hurt!  |
