Hey, this an improvement over the last one that I seen in the news. Here, you're actually seeing the person you're paying the last respects to. There were several funeral homes offering an after hours viewing that you pulled up to what looked like a bank teller window and pushed a button. The video monitor would show the person that you selected. They even had a tray that held a visitor's register that you could sign. I don't know if this caught on, but there were a couple of places in Florida that were doing this in the early 2000's.
