In the state of Maryland, if it's a public street, one can park anywhere he or she desires, so long as it's legal parking. Sucks if some asshole always parks in front of your house. Thank Goodness for driveways.

yesterday i went home and had a note on my car, it said, originally in german: "have you even been searching for a parking spot? thanks a lot!"..cmon, most ppl stick em on even if you park quite well  |
