Warning... I'm about to bird nerd out some more. The story behind this is that Pebble was rescued by this guy. That is the cage the she came in from his previous home. It's far to small for a bird that size. So she and her new owner celebrated getting rid of it by smashing the fuck out of it and cussing.

An old joke about foul-mouthed parrots (stop me if you heard it before). A man's female parrot is a pottymouth, and all she can say is, "I'm a whore! I'm a whore!" So he takes the parrot to a little old lady's house, whose 2 male parrots are in their cage, praying and holding rosary beads, thinking they'll be a good influence. Sure enough, the female parrot says, "I'm a whore, I'm a whore!" Then one of the male parrots nudges the other and says: "You can put the rosary beads away, our prayers have been answered!"  |
