No, it's not fake. The pale blonde "Demon Baby" is actually an albino African girl I remember seeing one night with my wife on T.V. I can't remember if it was a informercial for late night , or if it was an actual program. She is basically blind and she cannot go out in the direct sunlight or she will burn. Also witch doctors from around her tribe and others have threatened to kill her for some ritual. Others have fell to that fate and she lives in constant fear. I'll see if I can find the original program.
