Twilight actor Bronson Pelletier insisted that news reports that he was removed from an airliner and arrested for public intoxication at Los Angeles airport were fake news. Until this video surfaced of him stumbling around near the departure gate at LAX, and peeing on the carpet before he was apprehended by security. Other passengers can be heard muttering 'Oh my God!' as they watch the incident unfold. The Canadian actor initially alleged that he was set up ... claiming a fan had been buying him drinks at the airport before he got on the plane ... and that the same ‘fan’ later made a complaint that led to him removed from the aircraft. Law enforcement sources told US gossip site TMZ that after they removed Bronson from the aircraft they told him to wait in the terminal for a later one to give him a chance to sober up. Then things took a bit of a turn and the actor micturated on the axminster. Something that Pelletier – despite hard evidence to the contrary – initially denied. When the case came to court though, Pelletier pleaded ‘no contest’ and was sentenced to 2 years probation and was also ordered to attend 52 AA meetings over the course of six months. Pelletier took a bit of a break from making movies after this incident, which happened in 2013, but has recently made two films for release this year; horror movie S.O.H.N.: The Rise of Achak and drama Conundrum: Secrets Among Friends. |
