Cyclist Throws a Tantrum Due to Ambulance Parked in Cycle Lane
San Francisco A bicyclist threw a tantrum after her ride was seemingly interrupted by an ambulance parked in a bike lane. Seethed with anger, the woman walks over to the ambulance and addresses the driver. "Get out of the bike lane. You're killing us. Get out of the bike lane." The first responder ultimately relents and parked directly across the street. The video ends with the woman saying, "Unbelievable. They're killing us." According to the San Francisco Fire Department, the crew were finishing a medical emergency with a patient care document from a call at that location. |

Despite the fact she fits the part of the crazy angry Karen to a tee. I got to agree with her. It shows an unfortunate lack of awareness of the ambulance crew to park in the bike lane. If I was a cyclist and came across that I'd be pretty upset too but I don't think I'd pull out my camera and have a nutty. I just asked him to move in and point out how you're creating a safety hazard by parking there. |
