Re: The Cutest Baby Rabbits EVER!

Ingredients:
1 Rabbit sectioned
2 medium carrots diced
1 medium onion diced
1 large glass of good red wine
1 large can of whole tomatoes in juice
some water
1/2 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp rabbit seasoning
1/2 tsp dried mint
1 gravy stock cube
2 Bay Leaves
1 medium can peas
corn flour to thicken the gravy

Method:
First lightly fry the rabbit until it is brown all over. Meanwhile fry the carrots and onion together in a large pan. When the onion is ready toss in the rabbit, wine, tomatoes, add water until rabbit is covered, curry, rabbit seasoning, mint, stock cube and bay leaves. Stir everything together and bring to boil, then simmer for about 1 to 1 1/2 hours. When the rabbit is ready blend some cornflour with cold water and stir it in until you have a nice thick gravy. Add the peas and stir.

The best thing in this recipe is to cook some spaghetti and serve it with a little bit of the rabbit gravy as a starter. In that way you will cook the starter and main course in one go, apart from being a very deliciouse recipe.
