Criminal Tied Behind a Car and Dragged Through the Street
In Argentina a criminal tried to assault a woman, but was subdued by neighbors who tied him by the feet and dragged him through the neighborhood while attached to a car. After taking a lap around the block, they finally handed him over to the cops.
