watch the video again dumb ass the car in the left lane had his blinker on to get in the right lane so the biker stopped to let him in the lane thats why he stopped 4 to 5 car lengths back i woulda had a lawyer and that cops ass fuckin pigs

That's the same impression I get. Cop says to the motorist "what do we need?" Motorist "What can we do" Cop "I can write you a shit load of tickets" (LOL  )Motorist "How can we prevent that?" Cop "By driving normal" At this time the cop is sweating excessively as he extends to shake hands to that limp wristed biker. |

Ya the biker was pulling some silly shit, but if the cop were following at a proper distance he should have been able to avoid bumping the biker. Both should retake their drivers tests, together.
