I laughed. I know how they all felt. I did the exact same thing at a friends barbecue one summer. We were all on the deck outside of their basement games room. The glass door was usually open and I had just seen someone go through not long before I decided to walk through. Unknown to me in the meantime someone had closed the bloody door. I walked full pelt straight into the now closed glass door, and sort of went 'clang, boing, thud'. Not sure who was most surprised, me, or the people inside the house, or those out on the deck who saw the whole thing! Embarrassing! And I hadn't even started the alcohol yet!!  |
