We didn't see the end of the video. So can't say it's a fail yet. It can still float. So far no major damage. Launching a large boat is tricky and these guys used what they had. Obviously it's not going like they wanted but it's still ok until the end of the video. I have seen a failed launch first hand and it is not good to say the least. One I took part in really did fail and took all day and lots of problems. After launch we had to repair some major hull damage. Actually a real failed launch is when the ship sinks or capsizes. Hull damage is common.
