 My only guess is that they are using those 82's... He probably had the lever which is a spring loaded handle on the inside of his palm instead of on his fingers. Then when he tried to throw it the handle probably popped it out of his hand. BUT... I would imagine the instructor would not have let him pull the primary safety holding it wrong. Who knows, maybe this guy is just a fucking idiot. Although, I remember when we confiscated phosphorus grenades. Even then the feeling I had just carrying them was similar to vertigo really fucking nervous.
