At least he didn't catch an edge on those rocks. I would have.  I got tired of getting beat up on snowboards and switched back to freestyle skis. |

Freestyle skis are easier and funner! With regular skis, you have to point them downhill and go fast. With freestyles, you can dance all over the side of the mountain and make people crash, especially the boarders who have little directional control. There is no snow in Florida either.  I miss ONE thing about the north, and that's skiing. Well, 2 things. I also miss shoveling snow (seriously).

I boarded for 3+ years at a professional level and never once had a problem with "directional control". If you're talking about noobs then yeah, ski or board you have no control. If you mean in general then that's straight up bs. |
