HOLY CRAP!!!
I just saw a news report. This was NOT China. It was South Korea, at a battery plant, and the entire plant burned down, killing 23 workers. A lot of them were foreign workers, from Thailand and Cambodia. They had no way to extinguish the fires as more and more batteries ignited and burned uncontrollably. This was the initial footage of the start of the fire.

Nah, this was a little fire compared to the one you mentioned...
