Not sure about adding any enlightenment to this video other than it appears to be filmed in my hometown (Baton Rouge, Louisiana). This particular stretch of road was "controversial" a few years ago when they installed traffic cameras to catch people running red lights. Sorry, the accent kind of gave it away. BTW, not everyone here is such a fucktard.
