actually, that isnt a fail on the vest... It did what it was suppose to do.. Being a test subject on a homemade video is abslolutely fucking retarded as fuck... Secondary to that, that vest looks like it has been used for years. The protective properties of that vest will deminish over time and constant use.. If the dumbass that shot him, killed him, he would get charged with manslaughter for sure at minimum... Fucking tards |
