Now I'm no crane specialist but I am pretty sure whatever is being picked up, it needs to be lifted by a crane much bigger than itself. That truck was just a tiny bit bigger, then he lowered it too fast. |

The boss directed the operator to boom down which clearly the operator was trying not to do since he was so close to the wall he was scraping it. He boomed down just a bit to put the dozer off the wall and that was the tipping point. That one was on the boss!  |
