CAARAPÓ, (October 10, 2024) — A 25-year-old man was treated for several injuries after being dragged by a horse. The accident happened in Caarapó (MS), this Monday (7), and the Civil Police are investigating whether the victim was trying to steal the animal.
According to the service bulletin from the municipality's Military Fire Department, the victim was being dragged through the center of Caarapó when the population stopped the animal and called for help. At the scene, the man was found with his leg wrapped around the animal.
According to firefighters, the young man was rescued conscious and oriented, but was unable to report what had happened due to the intensity of the pain. He was taken to the municipal hospital. Police are investigating him for horse theft.
