There was a gag from GET SMART I'll always remember where they're in a prison camp trying to escape, including Chief, and one of the inmates (played by black actor Ivan Dixon) says, "I tried climbing over their electric fence and, man, I'm lucky to be alive." Max says "Well, you look none the worse for wear so that fence can't be too electrified. Let's try it again!" and Chief says, "Max! He was white before!" |
