the gun was a gas pistol. All the 3 bullets that in the gun were fake bullets ... so at the moment the guy is not charged with attempted murder but with missconduct. Most probably the idiots that beated him will get charges also. If you watch closely one guy was trying to pull the "assasins" pants down and force a flashlight in his ass.  This was all a stunt |

Good Lord. That would have made quite the pulitzer prize shot. Such a waste, all that planned effort gone to waste. You can see it in his eyes the moment he squeezed the trigger twice.
