I doubt this is real. His clothes and hair aren't flapping about in the wind, he's able to lift his head and upper body without getting cartwheeled off by the airflow going underneath him, he's not holding onto anything to the plane, just a blanket, yet is able to stay in one place no bother. It looks early after take off, so it'll be much slowing than cruising speed, yet still over 180 miles per hour.
