I so like this kind of country where no matter how many cases happened yearly, they still allow people to do it. Maybe their government did do something like announce in the news paper "When you are celebrating any event with gun fires, we know that accident do happen now and then, just be more careful.". Just like America, "We support Israel but we should not kill innocent people and we should give the civilian 3 hrs / day to evacuate but the war cannot be stop."
