It's called a Squib load.. It's when a round does not go off properly and the bullet gets stuck in the barrel, Then when another round is loaded and fired because the barrel has the other bullet in it the pressure has nowhere to go and usually ends up blowing out of the magazine(like in this case). At the end you can even see the other bullet(the silver thing) stuck in the barrel, The front of it is probably touching the back of the first bullet(squib) that was stuck.

if it was a squib it must have almost made it out. it had to at least made it past the gas block or it would not have cycled a the next round in. say what you want about the ak but if i had to, i'd choose an ak variant over anything else. its also false to assume that because it a "kalashnikov" that its a product of russia. aks are manufactured in over 40 countries. some far superior to others.
