Does anyone else get the impression cops sometimes know damn well that the person they are testing is pissed to the eyeballs, and they're just making videos for us to laugh at?

lol good stuff...also they does these for proof in court that someone was not able to drive properly. A number on a little test doesn't demonstrate the extent of it and can be challenged on silly grounds. Can't exactly challenge vid like that lol

should use a breathalizer test as it saves time and just as good proof in court instead of taping and wasting valuable cop time.
