Not sure what country this is but this kinda thing was a weekly occurrence in Zakynthos (Zante) Greece during market day, but in my case it was a Vespa scooter with a 6ft swordfish laid across the foot board of the scooter!! nearly taking out people trying to cross the road, i sure wish i still had the pictures.
