A jury in 2015 found Daniel Holtzclaw "Not Guilty" on all six criminal counts stemming from Oklahoma City resident Shardayreon Hill's allegations that he sexually assaulted and raped her while she was his prisoner at a local southwest Oklahoma City hospital.

Hill was interviewed at about 1 p.m. on September 19, 2014, by Oklahoma City Police Sex Crimes Detective Rocky Gregory. She alleged that Holtzclaw, then an Oklahoma City patrol officer, assaulted her at the hospital.

Hill was one of 13 women who took the stand at Holtzclaw's 2015 jury trial, claiming they were victims of Holtzclaw.

Her allegations resulted in six criminal charges, counts 21 through 26: three counts of Sexual Battery, one count of Forcible Oral Sodomy, one count of Rape in the 2nd Degree and one count of Indecent Exposure. The jury found Holtzclaw "Not Guilty" of all six allegations.

Holtzclaw was tried on 36 counts involving 13 women. On December 10, 2015, the jury found him guilty on 18 of the 36 counts, including four counts of first-degree rape, and recommended sentences totaling 263 years; he was formally sentenced on January 21, 2016. He was acquitted on the remaining counts, including all six arising from Hill's allegations.

The police interview-room recording runs about 118 minutes and presents the interview itself, without narration or a presenter. The original recording lasted 3 hours and 11 minutes, but portions in which either party had left the room and the conversation had stopped were removed. Only telephone numbers and social security numbers were redacted.
