Relatives of Henry Grullon Roque, shot by a continent of more than 20 policemen who dragged him out of his house, reported that police arrived at about the twelve midnight and knocked the door to the housing.
They admitted that the 28 years, had a day that had been released, but said if the courts or the police and because he was arrested.
The family claimed that the police entered the house, threw him out of bed and was dragging him out, leading to a banana plantation near where he was mercilessly riddled with bullets.
They explained that he was first kidnapped and then murdered, what they described as a horrendous crime.
"They broke several doors to enter the house as criminals to kidnap and then machine-gunned," said a lady.
