PHILIPPINES - 33-year-old J.R.P.R. was rushed to St. Luke's Medical Center - Global City in Taguig City on November 1, 2021 after suffering from severe asthma that resulted in severe hypoxemia, meaning brain damage. After several months ang millions of pesos in hospital bills, she was taken home bedridden. However, she was sent back to the same hospital after having a fever, as well as vomiting, due to high levels of sodium in the blood known as hypernatremia.

Sadly on December 20, 2022, she peacefully passed away at the age of 34. She is survived by her long-time partner J.A.S., who is an actor, and their two children, a daughter and a son. There are news reports that she was married. However, judging by the use of her birth name, as well as A.'s posts about wedding plans should J. recover (which never happened), she was never married.

Here's the transcript of this A.'s five-minute heart-breaking video (C1) of J.'s death.

Siblings, I would like to share the story at the same time. I will break the worst news you will hear. Earlier while I'm at GMA [Network] for the supposed taping of Family Feud, I was called by her doctors here at St. Luke's [Medical Center - Global City] that her BP (blood pressure) suddenly dropped and everything. Everything's gone, including her oxygen saturation.

So, that's why I asked GMA for an excuse. I want to apologize for the whole management of Family Feud. Sorry, and I did not proceed earlier because I had to rush to St. Luke's right away because my [common-law, not legally married] "wife"'s oxygen saturation was desaturated, as well as blood pressure and heart rate. So, (took a deep breath) I immediately went here. I witnessed her being revived by her doctors and nurses.

They did everything they could.

It's so painful. I would like to break the news. So, that's all.

Guys, thank you very very very much for those who prayed. (Sobbing) For those who contributed, thank you. Thank you. It's so painful because it's our son's birthday later. She did not make it to our son's birthday. So, (sniffled) I will still keep you posted.

She is here now. (Holding her left hand) Her hand is lifeless. (Sobbing) It's painful. So, I will show you one last time. This is our sleeping beauty. (He showed her dead face) She left us, siblings. "Mommy! Mommy! We love you, my love. For your followers. For those who prayed for you repeteadly, they did not stop. Mommy! Mommy! Mommy!"

(Cut to the second part of the video) So for the meantime, that's all for now. Don't worry, siblings, I will all give you an opportunity to see her. You deserve to see her. So, that's all for now. Thank you.

Here's another video of A. when he was about to prepare for taping of Family Feud hours before he was called by J.'s doctors. Now after J. died, he hates Christmas.

Transcript:

A.: Good morning, guys. (Chuckled) Today is Tuesday, it's December 20, [2022]. Today is the guesting of Family Feud. Today is the guesting of Family Feud, with some excitement. (Smiled) Anyway, the most special part of this day, later after my job is my son's birthday. (Chuckled) It's his birthday. (Kissed his son)

Son: After one day or week...

A.: After one day. "So, later after daddy's work, we will go to mommy."

Son: Yeah.

A.: We will celebrate his birthday.

Son: Yeah.

A.: "So, daddy will work for a while. Oops." (Both chuckled) "And then, we will go back to mommy." So, come with us later guys. Let's celebrate his birthday. That's his request. He wants to celebrate where his mommy is. But, that's nice. So, that's all. It's already 5 A.M. So, I will have to prepare. Of course before I leave my birthday boy, that's all. Okidoks, guys. Come with me throughout the day. (Chuckled) Until tonight when we will be at the hospital. (Twinkled his eyes and smiled) Good morning.

Son: Good morning.

UPDATE: She was laid to rest on December 30, 2022 at Lias Memorial Garden in Marilao, Bulacan. Before her casket was permanently closed, A. kissed on her lips one last time.
