This woman was 18 when she died in a car accident. She was thrown free of the car and must have been badly injured, as you can still see injuries on her hands and face. Her hands are horrifically bruised and plastic looking, and the left side of her head looks like she's having a stroke. The long sleeves and fabric padding on her stomach and breasts are a common method of concealing injuries. It's likely she was so mangled that they were only able to make her hands and face suitable for viewing.
