The person who thought about doing that was probably a young relative of hers like her baby sister who was awfully torn to pieces by the death of her older sister, and as a final time to be with her deceased older sister was to choose the wear and image for her deceased. But, then again, this is only my speculation of the image in the photo. This looks like something a child would have thought to do, not an adult.
