Russian Police Are Required to Attend an Autopsy
Police offers in Russia and Eastern Europe and required to attend at least one autopsy before they start on the job, to test their mental strength. If they pass out out or puke, they are obviously not fit for the job.

you're either kidding or don't know what you're talking about. coroners and forensics examiners use a variety of tools during an autopsy and for delicate operations the scalpel is the perfect tool.
