Great set, I love these

The one of the guy holding the bag over the body is normal at autopsies. He is about to put the dissected organs back into the body cavity ready for reconstruction

The sliced-up brain goes in there too (unless it's retained), your head just gets stuffed with cotton wool and paper towels! The bag is sealed well by twisting many times over, laid in the cavity (it takes up the room of the chest and abdomen) and the sternum is laid back in place. The skin is then sutured up over it, taking great care not to puncture the polythene in the abdomen.

The way the body is sutured up (with an 'understitch', see below on Egyptian man) retains minor leakage well and the undertaker deals with it all afterwards anyway.
