Not to be the asshole here but they fucked up her expression really bad. It looks likes she's either mad or trying to use the bathroom and having no luck.

We all handle grief differently, and some peoples' religious beliefs help them through, but, I don't think it ever gets easier. How can you ever forget someone who was so important to you?
It's not that you forget but the sting goes away and you move on. My mother died 24 yrs ago. you have to let go and let your self heal.

Anyways, OP, I'm very sorry you lost your mom and I think it's very brave of you to share this with us. Thank you

My mom died on March 19,2012
