I am not sure where in the world this morgue is, but it could be Russia.

There is a video from a russian morgue with more or less decayed naked corpses stacked on shelves. I remember one episode, where the camera is panning down a female corpse, and when it comes down where you expect to see her pussy, an ugly dead man rests his head there (no he's not licking her, he's face up). There you can talk about lack of dignity.
